Freezing rows

Here we are using the View toolbar menu to freeze the top row of the sheet - making that row stay in place regardless of how you scroll down the window.

  1. Select the first heading row by clicking on the row number 1 (you should see the whole row selected in a grey and with a green border.

  2. Select the View menu ribbon

  3. Select Freeze Panes on the Window tab of the View ribbon

  4. Select Freeze Top Row on the given menu
