Add Column Headings

  1. right click on cell A1, then select Insert... and Entire row

  2. Type in the following column names : ID, Name and Daily Rate

  3. select all three heading cells and then set the following format options

    • bold (from the Font ribbon toolbar)
    • horizontally centred (from the Alignment ribbon toolbar)
    • vertically aligned to the top of the cell (from the Alignment ribbon toolbar)
    • with a background colour of “a blue”(from the Font ribbon toolbar)
    • with a foreground colour of “white” (from the Font ribbon toolbar)
