Add a Column to hold Names

  1. Mouse right-button click on cell B1 (or any B cell)

  2. Select Insert... from the floating menu

    Alternatively you could right-button click on the column header B at the top of the column and select Insert

  1. Select Entire column from the selected Insert menu


  2. Type in some names into the new column (the actual names are not important, but you can clipboard the following list and paste them in if you wish)

  1. You can make the formatting on this new data by clicking on the A1 cell, and then the Format Painter (paintbrush) icon from the Clipboard ribbon .... then swipe (hold the left mouse button onto cell B1 and then drag) this from cell B1 to B20
